EDIT: Never mind! It was just fixed. Weird. (I should have taken a screen shot so you did not think I was fibbing...)
I went into TFRRS and it is now showing the results from BC with adjusted marks for the 800 showing Erickson at 1:46.95#, Harding at 1:47.15#, Nelson at 2:02.61#, etc. The mile marks are adjusted down as well. I am assuming this is a mistake? Why would these marks be adjusted? I am from Mass and it certainly is not at elevation...

Big PR for Mason Strunk's opening throw - 69' even.
Improves to 69' 9.25" in round 2...

Mays matching her PB. Could be a good year for her?

Going into this weekend, 9:35.90 is the fastest time in the nation. However, it likely won't survive and get them in. #12 last year was 9:22.74.

Very solid 8:56.6 by Ayyildiz in the 3K. At this moment she stands 14th nationally. Combined with Elmore's 8:50, there may be two Ducks in the 3K at Nationals. Frias ran a 9:04, probably not fast enough to get her in.

At Alb., Maya Lesnar of Colorado State just unleashed a 62'6 3/4" shot to unseat Jayda Ross at #1 nationally. Jayda's throws have been in the 56-57 foot range today. McCormick has advanced to the Invitational 60M Hurdles finals, with the fastest time today (8.16). Meanwhile, both P.J. and Rod Pleasant have advanced to the 60M finals. (6.76 and 6.77).
Edit: Jayda Ross finally uncorked a good one (59' 2") on her final throw. Not enough to catch Lesnar, but a relatively good effort (I believe this is her #4 throw all time). Jadyn Mays continues her blistering pace, as she easily won the 60M Invitational prelims with a 7.25. At the same time, Lily Jones appears to be getting into shape with her 7.43. Mays, Jones and Alex Rossum (7.49) all qualified for the finals.

Great 3ks for both the Women and Men in Boston. Just looking at the splits it seems like if someone was pushing AAyildiz the last 1k she had more left. She is going to be on the outside of the top 16 right now as there were 6 performances better than her time ran yesterday at Washington. She may be able to qualify with some scratches though. Nice to have another option in the 3k/DMR scenario. Nice to see the young group of male ducks making improvements each race in the mile/3k. with foursome having PRs both days in the two events. Hopefully that give some good energy to the rest of the team to see that system does work.

I had a bit of a chuckle as I noticed Santa Duck's comment on Ayyildiz (AAyildiz). Isn't it enough that we already have a Katriina and an AAlihah? It is a kick getting these double vowels down...even if they are action vowels like "yy". Not to be outdone, how about PJ...six of the eight letters in his name are vowels (Ize-Iyamu).

Rodrick Pleasant ran a good final getting out to a great start for a 6.69 improving .10 from the Razorback.

Despite the announcer, this wasn't a PB by Jayden who has run 7.07.

Coach Taylor has to be happy with the performances of his athletes today. Pretty much across the board his sprinters are on the correct trajectory. Ella Clayton's 52.41 in her 400 meter race provided a highlight, but Jadyn Mays had to be the MVP today. It seems Chile picked a good meet for watching our Ducks show their stuff.
