The USTFCCCA rankings are performance based and so are subject to change as more indoor events are held, but the Oregon women start out in the top 10. This is the first time Illinois has appeared as a #1 and no it's probably not due to the fact that ex-Duck Helen Lehman-Winters was hired there but rather the result of ex-Georgia head coach Petros Kyprianou who is seemingly living up to his reputation by recruiting top-notch jumpers. They have the current #2 top pole vaulter and #2 triple jumper this season. Will the Illini be our new B1G T&F rival? www.ustfccca.org/2024/01/featured/2024-ncaa-di-womens-indoor-track-field-rating-index-week-1Here are the form chart tracker rankings The Oregon men are nowhere to be seen in the top 30 or so teams on any indoor list to date.
